RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you decide you don’t like your order, we will be happy to accept returns and refund you for the item as long as it is returned to us within 5 days of purchase. Returned products must be in the same condition as was received, complete with tags attached. Unfortunately, we can’t refund the cost of shipping. You can either return it by yourself at our warehouse or alternatively, we can arrange to pick it up from our partners at an extra cost of shipping that can be determined at that date. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you find your product has a defect, please take the photographic evidence & email us at email@example.com The product must be presented to us before we can proceed with our return policy.
If your order arrives with you damaged from the delivery on its way out to you, and you would like to return it, we will of course be happy to reimburse for the item and the cost of shipping as long as you let us know about the damaged product with strong evidence to substantiate your claim within 5 days of receiving your item/s.

Customers can cancel their order at any point unless the order has already been dispatched, in which, please refer our refund policy. If the purchase was made online, a refund will be made back to the customer’s credit card. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Any items paid for by cash or credit card machine on delivery, will be refunded with store credit or with online gift voucher which can be used for hassle free online shopping any time.

We aim to dispatch all orders within Two(2) working days once your payment has been confirmed. We currently do not ship overseas outside of U.A.E.
If you have placed multiple orders, then we will try to combine your orders & delivery them together to charge only one shipping fee. If multiple orders are placed at different times, then separate shipping fee will apply since those orders will be shipped separately.
If there are any problems regarding your order, we will notify you using the telephone number or email address you have provided to us with the order.

All payments should be made in AED. We do not accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment, ARFAN FURNITURE TRADING holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of your order.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
